This three hour workshop offers Interactive lectures that will include couples sessions and separate men's and women's sessions. We will address the essentials of sensual and sexual connection from anatomy to performance to misconceptions that create barriers. A couple's yoga class will close the workshop that is designed to be accessible to all bodies and that will enhance loving, sensual, and sexual connection. Discounted rooms at The Whitley will be available for the option to extend the love.
